Bottles, the baby tracker

Log a feed, diaper or sleep with one tap

Big cards, one per thing you track. Tap the bottle card and 120 ml is logged, now, on your phone and your partner’s. That’s the whole form.

Coming soon to Google Play. Not available to download yet.

Android comes first. iPhone after that.

The Log screen for Noor, 9 weeks: Bottle, Breastfeeding, Diaper and Sleep cards, the bottle card showing “20m ago · 130 ml · by Alex”

Tap to log. Hold for the details.

A tap logs your usual amount at the current time. No form, no Save button.

  1. Tap

Logs your usual: “+ 120 ml” on the bottle card, “+ Pee · M” on the diaper card. The phone buzzes so you know it worked without looking.

  2. Hold

Fed 150 ml twenty minutes ago? Hold the card, change the amount and the time, then log it.

  3. Undo

Tapped by accident? Undo is on the message that pops up. After that, change or delete it from the timeline.

“Tap a card to log now. Hold it for amount and time.”

When was the last one?

Each card answers it: “20m ago · 130 ml · by Alex”, with today’s totals underneath.

What you can log

Eight trackers. Put the cards in the order you use them.

Log together, on your own phones

Share a child with your partner, a grandparent or the nanny. Everyone logs on their own phone and sees the same timeline.

  • Invite with a QR code or a link

Show the code to someone next to you, or send the link by WhatsApp, text or email.

  • See who logged what

Every entry says who did it: “130 ml · by Alex”. Useful at handover, and at 4am.

  • Invites work once

Each invite is for one person and expires after 7 days.

  • Remove someone any time

From the child’s settings. They stop seeing new logs.

The timeline: today’s summary of bottles, feeds, diapers and sleep, then each log with its time and who logged it

Every day on one screen

The timeline lists every log, newest first, grouped by day. Each day starts with a one-line summary: bottles and ml, feeds and minutes, diapers, sleeps and hours.

Today

  • 2 bottles, 260 ml
  • 1 feed, 11 minutes
  • 2 diapers
  • 1 sleep, 2 hours 54 minutes
  • Filter by tracker, so you only see bottles or only diapers.
  • Got the time wrong? Edit or delete any entry afterwards.
  • The numbers a midwife or doctor asks for, already added up.

Patterns you can see

Switch the timeline to graphs to see the last week, month or year for each tracker.

Sleep rhythm graph for the last 7 days: a column per day of asleep and awake blocks, with bottles and feeds as dots

Sleep rhythm

Each day is a column of asleep and awake, with bottles and feeds as dots. After a week or two, the pattern shows.

Weight graph: Noor’s weigh-ins on the WHO percentile curves from 3 to 97, at the 36th percentile

Growth curves

Weight and length on the WHO percentile curves from 3 to 97, with the percentile after each weigh-in.

Totals per day

Sleep hours, bottle amounts, breastfeeding minutes, diapers and washes.

Bottles isn’t medical advice. If something worries you, ask your midwife, health visitor or doctor.

Made for 3am

Most logs happen in the dark with a baby in one arm. Bottles is built for that.

The Log screen in dark mode: the same tracker cards in warm, dim colours
  • Dark mode that doesn’t glare

Warm and dim, never pure white. It follows your phone, or set it yourself.

  • One free hand is enough

Big cards you can hit with a thumb. Screen-reader labels on every button.

  • Works without signal

Logging never waits for the network. No signal in the hospital or on the train? It syncs when you’re back online.

Your child’s data

Only the caregivers of a child can see that child’s logs. Nobody else.

  • You sign in with Google. That’s what lets your logs sync between phones.
  • Remove a caregiver and they stop seeing new logs.
  • Your data is stored in the EU.
  • We don’t sell your data.

Questions

What does Bottles cost?

Bottles: Baby Tracker is free to start, and sharing a child with another caregiver is free. Paid plans for bigger families, with more caregivers and children, may come later.

Can I download it yet?

Not yet: Bottles is coming soon to Google Play for Android. An iPhone version comes after that, but there’s no date yet.

How fast is logging?

One tap: the card logs your usual amount at the current time, and the phone buzzes to confirm. Hold the card instead to set a different amount or time first.

Can my partner use it on their own phone?

Yes, invite them with a QR code or a link and you both log to the same child. Grandparents and nannies can join the same way, and every entry shows who logged it.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, logging works offline and syncs when the phone is back online.

Can I track more than one child?

Yes, add another child and switch between them from the name at the top of the screen. You see one child at a time.

Who can see my child’s data?

Only the caregivers of that child: you and the people you invite. It’s stored in the EU, and we don’t sell it.

Do I need an account?

Yes, you sign in with Google, which is how logs sync between your phones.
